If God gives me
a choice to pick the next best location to be, my choice is a place void of human's inhuman and stupid behaviour.
It sicken's me when humans cant live up to - at least live up to reasonable human values.
Truth becomes more sublime for an individual who develops in himself the capacity to give more compassion and love to all creatures.

Third attempt and Spidy did it.

French spiderman Alain Robert finally on his third attempt succesfully climbed the 88-storey Petronas Twin Towers where he stood on the pinnacle raising his hands. A death defying stunt, nevertheless he fulfilled his dream and passion to 'conquer' the majestic twins. He is a living example to show us that determination coupled with a strong passion will lead a person to succeed. Even than, in his pursuit he has defied the law in this case he had trespassed as he climbed without a permit from the management. Anyhow am truly amazed with this Spidy for a stunt like that. I have climbed roof tops before without any safety equipments and i think the only 'safety equipments' brought along was confident and strength and a strong belief it can be done. Anyhow, i just hope no other would copy what Spidy did since as the saying goes the higer you go the harder you fall especialy without a safety net! In the meantime, the security breech has to be accounted for. Spidy did fixed a Malaysian flag upon completing his climb for that - thank you.

Got to stop the H1N1, there is just no two ways about it.
I am writing this to give myself a piece of my mind, as regards to H1N1. Like letting of steam….
Too many deaths related to H1N1 in short span of time. Please make the anti viral drug that said to be effective to treat H1N1 patients available with no limitations or control. Give the choice to the patients if they want to take this drug. It’s a persons life at stake. It is said that the drug is only effective if taken first 48hours showing flu symptoms. Tough its understandable that there is a risk the virus may develop resistance but compare that with staggering H1N1 deaths (even if 6 or 7 per day its huge) its not justifiable to impose any control on anti viral!. I feel shame that we are registering many H1N1 deaths for a country such as ours. I feel terrified too. In the long term I hope the authorities take cue and beef up our health care system. I also heard in news, government nurses demanded better working condition, they truly deserve it and in fact those government nurses are such a dedicated bunch ( I owe them, they took care of me so well before, during and after I delivered my babies) that I would attest from my own experience. Today, the HKL’s outpatient and emergency is swamped by panic-stricken people who are there with no clue if they have caught the flu or not, and can we cope?. ? Was this foreseen in the nation’s pandemic preparedness plan?
At this hour my heart are with those dedicated hospital staff that are working around the clock tirelessly helping the patients. Do we even care to think about them who are risking their life too and also their families when they go home each day?. I think, its high time Malaysia take R&D microbiology, virology, vaccine production etc seriously. We just can’t depend on foreign based companies. For this purpose, Malaysia as to recognize and retain the much needed brains from being drained elsewhere. If today we want to venture into space and actually got the money to do so, we should also look into venturing deeply and seriously in what ever means in health care and everything else associated with this R&D in pharmaceuticals, etc. The nations wealth is depends on the nations health.
Again, 40 over deaths already, HELOO!..hear my echo…..we are under attack of H1N1 and what are we really doing?. We need to shutdown from everything else and use all 1Malaysia energy to stop the spread of H1N1. When we do something like this, I am sure the ‘tidak apa’ attitude also will wake up and I am sure we can slow down the spread and also increase public awareness on the seriousness of this H1N1. As for me I am already developing crowd phobia…sigh.

Total Solar Eclipse 22.07.09

To be or not to be - superstitious over this natural event of solar eclipse. Its not a sunny morning here in KL and to those eclipse followers you may want to think the weather is not on your side. For me its a lovely day, eclipse or not. So this is suppose to be the longest total solar eclipse in 21st century and talking about superstitions sometimes its not by choice i could choose to be indifferent about it. I made sure that BB my toddler get to his kinder day care before the eclipse and informed his teacher who was kind enough to cancel their p.e class.
